35 year old female 6 weeks after immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and permanent implant placement following bilateral skin sparing mastectomy.
Case: delayed reconstruction
39 year old female 3 months after delayed left breast reconstruction with pedicle transverse rectus abdominis myocutaneous (TRAM) flap and right nipple reduction.
